Luziana Journal aims to promote high-quality, ethical, and impactful research across multidisciplinary fields. The journal is committed to advancing knowledge by publishing innovative studies in Science, Engineering, and Technology, while supporting global academic collaboration and contributing to societal development.

Author Guidelines

Authors are requested to submit manuscripts that have been carefully proofread and polished to ensure clarity and quality. To facilitate a smooth review and publication process, authors should strictly follow the Luziana Journal manuscript template.

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • All submissions should be written in English using MS Word format (.doc or .docx).
  • The length of the manuscript should be between 3 to 15 pages.
  • A maximum of Eight (8) authors is allowed per paper.
  • The recommended font is Times New Roman throughout the manuscript.
  • Authors must include Index Terms or Keywords in their paper.
  • Manuscripts should strictly adhere to the Luziana Journal formatting guidelines/template.
  • All submissions undergo a peer-review process, and acceptance or rejection will be communicated via email.
  • Authors are encouraged to follow the submission guidelines carefully to ensure fast-track processing and timely publication.

  • Manuscript Submission
    Authors are required to submit their manuscript along with their profile details.
  • Peer Review Process
    The submitted manuscript will be evaluated by the reviewer committee, and the decision (acceptance or rejection) will be communicated via email.
  • Acceptance & Documentation
    Upon acceptance, authors must complete the registration process by submitting the publication fee along with the copyright form.
  • Verification Process
    The journal team will verify the payment and submitted documents.
  • Online Publication
    After successful verification, the paper will be published online in Luziana Journal.

Publication Ethics and Plagiarism Policy

Luziana Journal is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. All manuscripts submitted to the journal must be original, properly referenced, and free from any form of plagiarism. The journal uses reliable plagiarism detection tools to ensure the authenticity of submissions. Any manuscript found to contain significant plagiarism will be rejected, and if detected after publication, appropriate actions such as retraction will be taken. Authors are solely responsible for the originality of their work, and Luziana Journal strictly follows ethical publishing practices to ensure the credibility and quality of scholarly research.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

Publishing a manuscript in Luziana Journal requires the payment of Article Processing Charges (APC), which must be paid by the corresponding author upon acceptance of the manuscript, as per the following details:

  • Indian Authors:
    INR 2000 per paper (Two Thousand Rupees Only)
    (Includes complete online publication and e-certificates for all authors)
  • International Authors:
    USD 100 per paper (One Hundred USD Only)
    (Includes complete online publication and e-certificates for all authors)

Authors are required to submit the filled Registration Form, Copyright Form, and a scanned copy of the payment proof after acceptance of the manuscript.

Publication Frequency

Luziana Journal follows a monthly publication schedule, releasing 12 issues per year. Accepted manuscripts are scheduled for publication in the forthcoming issue after the successful completion of the review and publication process.
